Music has always been an influence in my life since I was a child. When I came to the US, I stepped forward and followed my musical dream. As a singer, songwriter, and rapper, my goal is not only to make great music but to be a global Liberian artist.”Avid music lovers may recall that three months ago, Bernice Mulbah issued a USD $3,000 grant challenge towards a video, and whoever submitted a song with a good storyline behind the music would win. Three judges were selected to listen to the song(s) and follow their storylines. Dashboy came out the winner of that challenge.Determined to constantly challenge himself and the listener, Dash’s latest release, “Love You,” left us with a flash of Just Prince-inspired fusion. In his next release, listeners can expect music from an artist with visions of paradise and accomplishments in his mind.Be on the lookout for a name that is quickly being heard around the music table and for all of his songs on your local radio stations. The single “Celebrating Life” was directed by Dash and produced by award winning Just Prince.
