Garage shooting victim is ID’d

first_imgA man found shot to death in an underground parking garage on Rosecrans Avenue was identified Sunday as 65-year-old Louis Charles Ming of Lawndale, authorities said. Sheriff’s deputies from the Lennox station discovered Ming’s body with a gunshot wound to the lower torso about 1:45 p.m. Saturday in the parking structure of a Lawndale town house complex in the 4200 block of West Rosecrans Avenue. He was dead at the scene and a murder investigation was launched.
